Police say three people were killed when a train struck their van in southern Germany , all three victims were Polish citizens working as painters in the region. None of the 50 passengers in the train were injured but the driver is being treated for shock.Police in the Middle Franconia region say the train hit the van and dragged it for about 40 yards (meters) Monday. The collision occurred at a railroad crossing marked only by flashing lights.
