A WOMAN whose legs swelled to THREE times their normal size says she wants to go for a jog after having life-changing surgery.
Elated Wang Cheng says she cannot wait to get running and wear trousers for the first time in a decade with her new thinner legs.
The elated 24-year-old said: "I feel so light”.
Only her bandages are holding her from leading a normal life, said Wang. The ten hour operation has meant Wang's thighs have reduced to 51cm (20.4ins) across, from 66cm (26in).
Doctors said the disease started when her veins were obstructed, blood then flowed to the lymphatic vessels which led to swelling in the legs.
