Tiny Karina, 32, has a rare disorder called Spondyloepiphyseal Dysplasia Congenita — or SEDC.
It’s a type of dwarfism, but instead of having dwarf features, Karina’s body is perfectly in proportion.
Because of her condition, doctors warned it was unlikely she would ever be able to carry a child — she was simply too small to be a mum.
But now happily married to factory worker Paul, 37, she has defied the odds to become the smallest woman with SEDC in the UK to fall pregnant.
