“Telescope” Connects London and New York
The Telectroscope: an 11.2-meter-(37 feet) long by 3.3-meter-(11 feet) ,a device allowing people on one side of the Atlantic to look into its person-size lens and, in real time, see those on the other side via a recently completed tunnel running under the ocean. And all the credit goes to British artist Paul St. George. If he had not been rummaging through great-grandpa Alexander's personal effects a few years ago, the Telectroscope might still exist only on paper, hidden away deep inside some old box
space saving designs
Designer Sandy Lam created a design that is not only useful because it saves space, it is also completely hidden with zero space invasion while not in use. The purpose of this design is to increase the functionality of balconies and to enhance the concrete city look. This system will help to maximize condo living space because residents can extend their indoor living into the outdoor. Even when fully assembled, the hide-away system is a minimalist lover’s delight. The design is also flexible to its owner. If you were to move away, you can take the hide-away furniture with you and place it in the next balcony or living room.

من الذي تنبأ بزلزال الصين قبل يومين من وقوعه ؟
شيء اغرب من الخيال ..ولكنها حقيقة فالحيوانات تشعر بقدوم الهزة الارضية قبل وقوعها بدقائق واحيانا بساعات او ايام ..ولكن الصين لم تنتبه لهذه الظاهرة فحركة صغار الضفادع لم تكن عادية وهي تتدفق عبر الطرق وعلى الجسور قبل وقوع الهزة الارضية في اقليم سيشوان بيومين كاملين ولم يكترث الصينيون ولم يحاولوا تفسير هذه الظاهرة الغريبة التي لم تكن معهودة ..ولو حاولوا لعرفوا بأن عبور الضفادع بهذا الكم الهائل كان انذارا بقدوم هزة ارضية ...ويذكر ان الهزة الارضية في الصين ابادت قرى باكملها وشردت الملايين وقتلت عشرات الالاف الذين لا تزال جثثهم تحت الانقاض حتى الآن ..وكانت حركة الضفادع هذه قد شوهدت بالقرب من المنطقة المنكوبة وفي مناطق ابعد من مركز الهزة ايضا
